Dr. Francis Thomas
CEO & Co-Founder
Dr. Thomas is an International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) Level II Certified Pickleball Coaching Professional and former collegiate tennis player. Dr. Thomas has a deep understanding of high-performance sports development and methodology and brings a systematic, curriculum-oriented and metrics-driven approach to teaching pickleball to juniors. He has held multiple coaching clinics internationally and is involved in developing the game on a global scale.
Eric Letada
COO & Co-Founder
Eric has over 20 years of business operations, systems/process improvement and project management experience, which he gained in the software and finance industries. He has held various company leadership positions and has managed teams in product development, marketing and lead generation, business development and client support and retention. Eric is also a Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) Associate Coach, former high school team and college club tennis player, and Director of Tennis of a local tennis coaching company.
David Wheeler, CPA
CFO & Co-Founder
David possesses more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He began his career in Chicago with Marriott before moving into consulting, where he worked with a wide range of industries. In 2003, he earned his CPA designation. After relocating to Virginia, David spent a decade as Controller for Applebee’s and later as CFO of a local tennis coaching company. David is also a competitive, tournament-level pickleball player, combining his passion for the sport with his financial leadership to help support the growth of the company.
